Before sharing your profile with a relevant salon, we will generally:

Understand whether you are interested;

Obtain your consent to share your profile.

After your consent, information reasonably required for the opportunity may be shared with the concerned salon.

This may include:

Name;

Contact details, where required;

Role and skill details;

Experience;

Current city;

Expected salary;

Joining availability;

Portfolio;

Relevant verification status;

Other professional details connected with the requirement.

Once your information is shared with an independent salon, that salon may separately process the information for its interview and hiring decision. The salon may have its own privacy responsibilities and policies.
