These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation and use of the Munafa Engine Artist Growth Track.
By:
Accessing the Artist Growth Track webpage;
Opening or submitting the registration form;
Sharing your details with Munafa Engine;
Participating in profile screening;
Accepting communication regarding an opportunity,
you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Do not register if you do not agree with these terms.
2. About the Artist Growth Track
The Artist Growth Track is an eligibility-based career-growth and opportunity-review platform for salon professionals.
Depending on your profile and eligibility, you may be considered for:
Skill Upgrade Track;
Career Benefits Track;
Future Salon Owner Track;
Suitable salon job opportunities;
Course or workshop sponsorship review;
Career-benefit support review;
Future business-readiness or investment-opportunity review.
The Artist Growth Track is not an automatic employment scheme, scholarship scheme, insurance plan, investment commitment or guaranteed-benefit programme.
3. Eligibility to Register
You may register if:
You are at least 18 years old;
You are working in or have relevant experience in the salon industry;
You provide correct and complete information;
You agree to profile review and relevant communication.
Relevant roles may include:
Hair Artist;
Unisex Hairdresser;
Beautician;
Makeup Artist;
Nail Artist;
Receptionist;
Salon Manager;
Salon All-Rounder;
Other relevant salon professionals.
The Artist Growth Tracks are mainly structured as follows:
1 to 2 Years: Skill Upgrade Track;
2 to 3.5 Years: Career Benefits Track;
3.5 Years and Above: Future Salon Owner Track.
Experience alone does not create entitlement to a particular track. Munafa Engine may consider your skill, seriousness, current career position, verification status, professional conduct, location, career expectations and other relevant factors. The locked webpage follows this experience structure.
4. Registration Is Completely Free
Artist Growth Track registration is completely free for artists and candidates.
Munafa Engine does not charge artists or candidates any:
Registration fee;
Selection fee;
Placement fee;
Processing fee;
Membership charge;
Interview fee;
Payment before selection;
Payment after selection,
for participating in the Artist Growth Track.
If any person asks you for payment in the name of Munafa Engine, do not make the payment without directly verifying with Munafa Engine.
Any payment made to an unauthorised third party without verification will not automatically create any liability for Munafa Engine.
5. No Guarantee of Selection or Benefit
Registration does not guarantee:
Selection in an Artist Growth Track;
A salon job;
An interview;
A particular salary;
Placement in a preferred city;
Course or workshop sponsorship;
Full course-fee sponsorship;
PF, Gratuity, Insurance, CL, PL or Paid Holidays;
Career-benefit support;
Future salon ownership;
Business funding;
Strategic investment;
Any fixed timeline for review or communication.
All opportunities and benefits depend on factors including:
Your profile;
Skill;
Experience;
Verification;
Professional conduct;
Seriousness;
Salary expectation;
Preferred location;
Availability of salon requirements;
Programme availability;
Internal eligibility review.
The landing-page copy also expressly states that job opportunities, sponsorship, career benefits and future investment are not guaranteed.
6. Profile Review Process
After registration, Munafa Engine may:
Review your submitted details;
Contact you for additional information;
Discuss your skills and experience;
Review your portfolio;
Understand your current employment position;
Understand your salary and location expectations;
Conduct applicable screening or verification;
Consider you for a suitable growth track;
Retain your profile for future opportunities with your consent.
Munafa Engine is not required to contact every person immediately after registration.
No communication or delayed communication should be treated as a promise of selection or permanent rejection.
7. Your Responsibility to Provide Correct Information
You confirm that all information and documents submitted by you are:
Correct;
Genuine;
Complete to the best of your knowledge;
Not intentionally misleading;
Submitted with lawful authority.
You must not submit:
Fake experience;
Fake salary details;
Fake certificates;
Edited or false documents;
Another person’s information without authority;
Misleading portfolio work;
False employment history.
Munafa Engine may reject, suspend or remove your profile if important information is false, misleading, incomplete or inconsistent.
Where false information causes loss, dispute or legal consequences, Munafa Engine reserves the right to take appropriate action.
8. Screening and Verification
Munafa Engine may conduct reasonable screening to understand:
Your role;
Skills;
Experience;
Current job status;
Salary expectation;
Preferred location;
Joining availability;
Career goals;
Suitability for an opportunity.
Where applicable and available, additional information or supporting records may be requested.
You agree to reasonably cooperate with applicable verification.
Munafa Engine will not describe a particular detail as verified unless the relevant check has been completed.
A pending or unavailable verification does not automatically mean rejection. However, it may affect eligibility or profile sharing.
9. Communication Permission
By registering, you permit Munafa Engine to contact you through:
WhatsApp;
Phone call;
Email;
SMS;
Other reasonable communication channels.
Communication may relate to:
Profile review;
Verification;
Track suitability;
Salon job opportunities;
Interviews;
Course or workshop opportunities;
Career-benefit review;
Future Salon Owner Track review;
Future matching opportunities.
You may request that non-essential communication be stopped.
If you withdraw all communication permission, Munafa Engine may be unable to continue considering your profile.
10. Profile Sharing With Salons
Munafa Engine will generally discuss a relevant salon opportunity with you before sharing your identifiable profile with that salon.
Your profile will ordinarily be shared after you show interest or provide consent.
You are responsible for reviewing the available opportunity details before agreeing to profile sharing or attending an interview.
Munafa Engine may share professional information reasonably required for the salon’s hiring decision.
Sharing a profile does not guarantee:
Interview;
Selection;
Offer;
Joining;
Any specific employment condition.
11. Salon Job Opportunities
Munafa Engine may help connect suitable candidates with salons having staff requirements.
However:
Munafa Engine is not your employer;
Final selection is made by the salon;
Final practical skill approval is made by the salon;
Salary, incentives, working hours, weekly off, leave, accommodation, behaviour rules and employment terms are decided between you and the salon;
The salon is responsible for its workplace and employment obligations;
You are responsible for independently understanding the job before accepting it.
Munafa Engine may assist with communication and coordination but does not guarantee the salon’s future conduct or the continuation of employment.
You should obtain clear employment terms from the salon before joining.
12. City and Opportunity Availability
Registration may be accepted from candidates across India.
However, actual job opportunities may be available only in selected cities and may change over time.
A city appearing on the webpage does not guarantee that an active role is available in that city at the time of registration.
Job availability depends on:
Salon requirements;
Role;
Skills;
Salary;
Experience;
Location;
Relocation readiness;
Joining timeline.
Munafa Engine may add, remove or update opportunity locations without prior individual notice.
13. Advance Course or Workshop Sponsorship
Course or workshop sponsorship is eligibility-based and is not automatic.
Where a candidate is considered, Munafa Engine may decide:
The course or workshop;
Training provider;
Sponsorship amount;
Full or partial support;
Timing;
Eligibility;
Attendance conditions;
Performance conditions;
Documentation;
Any separate commitment or agreement.
Registering or being placed in the Skill Upgrade Track does not itself create a right to sponsorship.
Any approved sponsorship may be governed by separate written terms.
14. Career Benefits Track
The Career Benefits Track may explore a support structure relating to:
PF;
Gratuity;
Insurance;
CL;
PL;
Paid Holidays;
Other applicable employment benefits.
The exact availability, provider, eligibility and structure may depend on:
The employing salon;
Applicable law;
Employment structure;
Partner arrangements;
Candidate eligibility;
Separate written terms.
Munafa Engine does not become your employer only because you are considered for the Career Benefits Track.
No particular statutory or contractual benefit should be treated as approved unless it is clearly confirmed in writing.
15. Future Salon Owner Track
The Future Salon Owner Track is a business-readiness and opportunity-review track for eligible senior artists.
It may include consideration of:
Career readiness;
Salon-business understanding;
Proposed city;
Business concept;
Financial readiness;
Discipline and professional history;
Business planning;
Investment possibility.
Registration or selection for review is not:
An investment offer;
A funding commitment;
A partnership agreement;
A loan sanction;
A franchise approval;
A promise that Munafa Engine will invest.
Any future investment or business arrangement will require separate:
Due diligence;
Commercial review;
Legal documentation;
Financial approval;
Written agreement.
No oral discussion will create a binding investment obligation.
16. No Employment or Partnership Relationship
Your registration does not create:
An employment relationship with Munafa Engine;
A partnership;
An agency relationship;
A franchise;
A joint venture;
A financial-advisory relationship;
A guaranteed placement arrangement.
Any separate relationship will exist only if confirmed through a specific written agreement.
17. No Payment to Unauthorised Persons
You must not pay money to any person claiming to be:
A Munafa Engine representative;
A salon representative;
A recruiter;
A coordinator;
A third-party agent,
unless the payment has been directly and officially verified by Munafa Engine.
Munafa Engine will not be responsible for unauthorised payments made without reasonable verification, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
18. Candidate Conduct
You agree to:
Communicate respectfully;
Attend confirmed interviews or inform in advance;
Share honest availability;
Avoid wasting a salon’s or Munafa Engine’s time;
Inform Munafa Engine if you are no longer interested;
Avoid abusive, threatening or fraudulent conduct;
Maintain professional behaviour.
Repeated interview no-shows, dishonest information or serious misconduct may result in your profile being placed on hold or removed.
19. External Forms and Third-Party Platforms
The registration form may be hosted by an external provider.
WhatsApp, email, portfolio websites, video-call services and salon websites may also be third-party platforms.
Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Munafa Engine is not responsible for every independent technical failure, security event or policy of an external platform.
20. Intellectual Property
The following belong to Munafa Engine or their respective lawful owners:
Website content;
Brand name;
Copy;
Designs;
Layout;
Graphics;
Processes;
Track names;
Documents;
Logos;
Other protected material.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, modify or commercially use such material without written permission.
You retain ownership of your original portfolio and work content.
By voluntarily submitting portfolio material, you give Munafa Engine a limited permission to review and use it privately for profile assessment and relevant opportunity sharing.
Public promotional use requires separate permission unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
21. Website Availability
Munafa Engine may:
Update the webpage;
Change the registration form;
Temporarily suspend access;
Modify the track process;
Stop accepting registrations;
Add or remove opportunities;
Update eligibility criteria.
Munafa Engine does not guarantee uninterrupted website or form availability.
22. Rejection, Suspension or Removal
Munafa Engine may reject, hold, suspend or remove a profile where:
Information is false or misleading;
Required information is not provided;
Verification concerns remain unresolved;
The candidate is not suitable for a current track or opportunity;
The candidate behaves unprofessionally;
The candidate misuses the platform;
Continued processing creates legal, operational or reputational risk.
Rejection for one opportunity does not necessarily mean permanent rejection from all future opportunities.
23. Disclaimer
Munafa Engine uses reasonable efforts to review profiles and facilitate suitable opportunities.
However, Munafa Engine does not guarantee:
Continuous availability of salon jobs;
Correctness of every statement made by an independent salon;
Final selection;
Salary growth;
Employment duration;
Workplace satisfaction;
Course outcome;
Financial benefit;
Investment approval;
Business success.
You should make your own informed decision before:
Attending an interview;
Leaving your current job;
Relocating;
Accepting a salary;
Joining a salon;
Taking a course;
Starting a business.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Munafa Engine will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:
Non-selection;
Delay in profile review;
Absence of job opportunities;
A salon withdrawing a vacancy;
Candidate or salon changing their decision;
Employment disputes;
Salary disputes;
Relocation costs;
Course outcomes;
Business or investment decisions;
Third-party platform failure;
Unauthorised fraud by unrelated persons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses caused by:
Your false information;
Fake documents;
Unlawful content;
Misrepresentation;
Violation of another person’s rights;
Material breach of these Terms.
This clause applies only to the extent permitted by law.
26. Changes to These Terms
Munafa Engine may update these Terms due to:
Changes in the Artist Growth Track;
Changes in law;
New opportunities or partners;
Process improvements;
Operational or security reasons.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised date.
Material changes may be communicated through the webpage, form, WhatsApp, email or another reasonable method.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Nagpur, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Artist Growth Track.
Before approaching a court, the parties should first make a reasonable attempt to resolve the concern through written communication.
28. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
29. No Waiver
Failure by Munafa Engine to immediately enforce any provision does not mean that the provision has been permanently waived.
